came here for lunch on a saturday and got the pho tai. broth was really rich and flavorful, definitely some of the better pho ive had in this area. the portion sizes are generous too, i couldnt even finish my bowl. the place itself is clean and the staff was friendly enough. they gave me my food pretty quick which was nice since i was hungry. only thing i wish they had was more variety in the noodle bowl section, felt a bit limited compared to what i saw on the menu. still a solid spot if youre craving pho around here.

I’m really glad I decided not to wait in line at Chipotle and gave Pho Cali a try instead. I drive past this spot every day, and it’s one of those hidden gems that’s easy to overlook and/or ignore. The atmosphere could be better, but it’s just one man running the entire kitchen, and that alone deserves respect. You can tell he’s tired, but I’d bet he puts all his energy into the food.
