Been here 3 times, first time I walked out…didn’t even stay to wait for my order or pay. The person was so rude , unprofessional even was listen to my conversation with my daughter and BUTTED in and asked how I would be paying. Second time maybe because it was so early and just a breakfast sandwich it was decent. This time the place was a whole mess. Even the kiosk was greasy and just was unsanitary. I had 1 rude drive thru worker staring and speaking Spanish as if I didn’t understand her. all the sauces were not stocked just the straws…and counters and trash filthy and full. Floors by the so

I got a sourdough jack they forgot to add the meat, went back to the window the lady don't even care she just say (so what do you want) What kind of service is this ... Also while I was waiting on the drive thru she was handling the food with out gloves touching somebody's food,....

If I could give less stars I would, it was our first time at this location after a long drive home, we were at the drive thru window waiting to even be acknowledged for like 15 minutes. Two of the guys last night working just laughing at the window talking to each other. I’m thinking maybe it’s a busy night and they’re making orders but then one of the girls I overhear asks who’s even at the window. I don’t mind waiting, but 30 minutes for 2 bacon Swiss burgers and a shake was wild… the burger patty was so dam dry, the burger buns were so unbelievably stale that I couldn’t even bite into it. I

This new Jack in the Box at 31525 Yucaipa Blvd is the best of its kind in this area. Staff are friendly and courteous. Most of the food is grilled. The Sourdough Jacks, Egg Rolls, and curly fries, iced coffee are my favorites. The Croissants are my morning choices. Roman the GM is a very accommodating and likeable fellow. Keep your receipts and fill them out to get a free item next time you dine here.
