Larry Higgins★★★★Gumbo was hot & delicious. blackened catfish is not really blackened but more like blackened sauced. The etouffe and fried crawfish tasted great. My only reason for a 4 is that it’s all served “St. Louis” hot (almost room temperature). Prices were very reasonable.
Melinda Brown★★★★★What a great place. Fun atmosphere, GOOD food, and GREAT service. To start it off, our waitress was Emma...highly recommend asking for her...she is knowledgeable about the menu, and made great recommendations. We started with gator bites and boudin balls, both were fabulous. I had the crawfish trio for my dinner, and husband had the catfish and shrimp combo. Everything was spot on. Emma kept our drinks full and was right on top of making sure we had everything we needed (wanted). Wait staff is everything, and to have a nice smile, pleasant demeanor, knowledge and just on top of the job, say
mike nowlin★★★★★Great tasting food. Crab dip was so good to start off with. Then rolled into the crawfish trio. Could not finish my gumbo. It was so good. Got to also taste the creole chicken and it was amazing. Great prices too!
Julia Marquez★★★★I tried their creamy pasta combo (chicken and shrimp), ordered their version of hush puppies (Shut up Dogs is what they call them) they were ok, not sweet like I've tried at other places. I also tried the alligator tails, first time in general to try that, and it was ok, not sure what they're supposed to taste like, but they were a little chewy. Their new York style cheesecake was worth trying, not super sweet but just right.
