Matt Redwood★I had a terrible experience at this Cane’s drive-thru. When the employee handed me my drink, they spilled it all over me. Instead of apologizing or trying to fix the situation, they started laughing. It was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Accidents can happen, but laughing at a customer who just got soaked is unacceptable. No apology, no concern at all. This showed a complete lack of customer service and basic respect. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
