Now thissssss is an iced shaken espresso the way it should be made!! First time ever at this location, and the girl making my drink was super sweet. Great customer service. In the last 2 days, i've had to go back to the Starbucks where i live and have them remake drinks, & stillll i had to throw them out & re-buy at another location. Ya'll need to send the employees at this Yuma location over to Phoenix to train the employees at a lot of your locations. WITH bonus pay. I can give you a list lol. I Remember why I don't go to Starbucks anymore. ALEC ONE of the baristas had to be petty enough to go out of her way to tell me next time tell us so we can charge you.I pura ice blended code cash. And spend almost 30 dollars total as you can see in my receipt. It definitely made me fill awful 😖. Like I was stealing. So I ask the management to come and charge me the .60 cents. The managers name is unusual so Don't remember it. But this is the type of behavior of a begger,petty,greedy selfish, all about the$ not their customers. Starbucks makes their employees do stuff like this. I shouldn't

The staff here are always kind and cheerful, even during the busy rush hours. You can tell they genuinely care about making every customer’s day a little brighter. Great drinks, great service. Always a great experience! I usually get a caramel macchiato, but Starbucks’ new fall flavor the Iced Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte has officially become my new all time favorite! I really hope it stays on the menu year round because it’s that good.
