I’ve visited Syrovarnya several times. The atmosphere is nice, and the service is really good. However, during my last visit I ordered beef stroganoff served in a pan with melted cheese on top, and unfortunately I couldn’t even eat it. It was tasteless, and the cheese had a chewing-gum-like texture. I recommend the classic beef stroganoff instead. Other than that, all the other cheese dishes are really good. Burrata and stracciatella are top-notch.

The service stood out—our server, Vladimir, was excellent: attentive, professional, and impressively multilingual, which made the experience feel smooth and welcoming. Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite live up to the level of the restaurant. The margarita pizza was underwhelming, lacking quality mozzarella and fresh basil. On a positive note, the berry tea was excellent and easily the highlight of the meal. Overall, great service and ambiance, but the food needs refinement to truly match the upscale positioning.
