I've been visiting Chipata every year for the past five years, and I've regularly ordered from Panarottis during those visits. Unfortunately, the quality of the food here has been below standard compared to what I expect from Panarottis. For example, the pizza I received today looked poorly prepared, not like it came from a professional kitchen. On several occasions, staff have struggled to follow simple instructions about how I'd like my food prepared. This isn't a one-time issue - it's been a recurring problem over the years. I'm sharing this feedback because I believe Panarottis Chipata can and should uphold the same standards as other branches. I'd like to see improvements in both food preparation and staff training. I hope you take this feedback seriously, because loyal customers like me want to keep coming back - but only if the quality improves.

Paid K249 for a jumbo pizza, when I asked to take away the remaining three slices (shopping with a jumbo box doesn't work) I was simply denied a small box. Was told I could buy a plastic bag, since I had no coins I just left annoyed. Pizza was "ok", cashier friendly, but manager unhelpful. Advice to management: when a paying customer asks for a bit help, don't count every single kwacha and risk losing returning business...
