I’ve been here a few times and regrettably none have been good. Last year I asked for a wrap and it came with substitutions I would never have asked for/ do not eat. When I asked why I didn’t get the wrap I ordered they said they didn’t have the ingredients…ok, how about telling me? I could have ordered something else that I would have enjoyed. This was the time I was sure I’d never come back. Today, I thought why not grab a quick coffee. We walked in and asked for two cappuccinos and asked that they are not hot (i.e “please don’t make them hot, you don’t need to heat the milk too much). We got them and the milk on top was burnt i.e creating that film cap and my sister burnt her tongue. I won’t be trying to give this place another shot as they clearly do not care. My current go to place for cake and coffee! They had me with their death by chocolate cake! Also thrilled by the fact that they open early for breakfast even on Sundays! Only thing that almost sent me running was they made my eggs with running yolk:( It's quiet and a good place to have a conversation over coffee! 😌 And I like the detail on the walls 🧱 👌

Our dining express extremely disappointing. The service was terrible, and the waitress was both rude and unaccommodating. She got our orders wrong and did not offer an apology for the mistakes. To make matters worse, I found a hair in my chicken wrap. The overall experience was unpleasant and unsatisfactory.
