What people say

Go to place for the Zambian/African tradition food. Quite impressed with the salted fish 😃 and cassava leaves as it is my usual dish. Very good place for you to try out! The food is affordable and their service hours are good.
The food is served fresh, so mouthwatering! the Congolese mode of cooking is everything to the taste, I love the taste of palm oil in most dishes and it's their trademark..
Ordered food and arrived an hour later and they only started to arrange the food on my arrival. Need to improve on their service

Talk about an unexpected delight! Sure, the food showed up fashionably late (30 minutes to be exact), but the presentation and flavor made it worth the wait. We wanted a private, intimate vibe, and they nailed it. Professional staff, ice-cold beer, and the old-school rumba tunes? 😆 Felt like a nostalgic trip back to a nearly forgotten Zambia. Loved it.

The waiting period is what was disappointing. Waited for over an hour and 30 minutes for the food. We ordered Village chicken with beans and lumanda for sides .I failed to finish the village chicken because it was hard and rubbery. I enjoyed the beans and lumanda. The chilled vibe, ambiance and atmosphere of the place is nice.

We got there about 12.40hrs, was received by a waiter who sat us and went on to tell us what they had readily available- nothing we liked so we asked for their menu and opted for the grilled chicken, which he went and asked the chef and came back to tell us they would have it ready for us in about 15-20mins…food came at 14.15hrs, over an hour! and not as expected!
