We wanted to love this place, but unfortunately, the bad outweighed the good. The Food (3.5/5): The meat platter we ordered was actually great and well-cooked, and the chips and side salad were decent. The Vibe: The atmosphere here is fantastic, and the music playlist was absolutely amazing. It sets a really great mood. The Major Downsides: The biggest issue was the sheer volume of flies (green bombers) buzzing all over our table and food. When we asked our waitress for bug candles to help keep them away, she simply told us they didn't have any. To make matters worse, there was a persistent, unpleasant smell of a dirty, wet cloth on the tables, which made it hard to fully enjoy the meal. Great meat and music can only go so far when you're fighting off swarms of flies and dealing with sour-smelling tables. They really need to invest in proper pest control and cleaner dishcloths.

I’ll start with the food. The food was average but tasty so no complaints. They did, however, not have milkshake or alternative milk options so that’s worth noting the service was good. I will. Waiter was very pleasant and helpful. The atmosphere. It could be slightly better. It is a small café however, the environment is not the best. The decor was attempted, but could be elevated.

I visited fairy cafe today with my family .I was not happy with the service, actually there was no service at all ,they didn't come to our table to take orders. We made an attempt to go to their counter to get some service, but still they ddnt seem to care.we wasted 30 minutes of our time and ended up leaving without eating.i don't recommend this place to anyone who values great standards and great customer service.

Should have give a 5 star. Though the food was good, it took us nearly an hour to get served despite the fact that we had booked in advance. Chips were served a couple of minutes later, if not 20, after the main meal was served. We were given only 2 quarter plates yet we were four and the waiter was very arrogant. You should improve on service delivery

I would have given a 1 star, but the server at this place trued her level best to make up for the situation-we found A FLY IN OUR PLATTER.m buried deep between our meats-had we not looked closely-it could have ended up in our mouths. The food was ok, the doughnuts had run out. I was super excited to try this place but was rather dissapointed.

Sunday night football in Kamfinsa. It was the only place open and the game was on 3 big screens, we ordered our drinks and then food later on. We didnt wait too long for the food and there was effort in the presentation! The game ended and the vibe picked up almost into a party. Didnt try any but the cocktails menu is very intetesting with comedic discriptions. Got our bill, was happy they accept cards and paid with no issues.

Went to the mutswako branch . Arrived at 11:35 The wait staff was slow and got the order wrong and tried to compensate by providing extra food that wasn’t necessary rather than the correct order. There were only 4 available drinks (UB) from the list of options that was shown on the menu. The straws were unwrapped and the skewers were repurposed showing how unsanitary the conditions are. Not to mention the toilets being unusable. Empty condiments. Moved us to a bad spot for a “group of 6” they have not arrived yet. Started eating at 13:55 The food was below par which raises the question on why it took so long to come out. The scenery is also not pleasing. Unsafe kids play area Do not recommend.

Service: ★☆☆☆☆ The food was ok but service was disappointing. The table was set, but I had to ask multiple times for a bowl to wash my hands. Even after being told it would be brought, I waited a long time and had to follow up several times. By the time everything was sorted, my food was already cold. No apology was offered, which made the whole experience frustrating. Unfortunately, the poor service and cold food ruined what could have been a better experience.
