The service here is exceptional(very hospitable staff, with very little wait times) and so is the food. Loved the added privacy of inner dining rooms (not a big fan of eating under the public microscope😄). The menu is packed with many dishes to choose from. Sadly didn't take any pictures of this lovely experience but will make sure to snap some shots on my next visit veryyy soon.

Quantity is too good as per prices it's value for money. It looks pricy when ordering but after serving quantity is too good. Must visit . One of the best restaurant in Harare . Highly Recommended. Four seasons had great atmosphere for my family and I, we had a private room and it felt homey. The food was great. There was a bit too much time in between the servings of dishes and we had quite a number of dishes but the flavors overall were great. The customer service was good and we were comfortable enough to walk around and enjoy. I’ll post one of my favorite dishes.

I was quite disappointed because the food is actually good/decent. Having to hear waiters and kitchen staff shouting on top of their voices was the perfect combination of poor service and atmosphere. Not only did they shout from the kitchen, they would also bring their get togethers to the dining area just to make it more interesting. It’s just disheartening that this place becomes another one added to the long list of restaurants that opt to hire and not train their staff. Or perhaps this is what they prefer so they can underpay? Shame. Otherwise food was alright.
