Dulsara Kumarage★★★★★I've stayed at the hotel for 7 nights. The staff has been really friendly, the experience was really good. Special shout-out to Collins from "The Kitchen" (Restaurant) for really taking care of us, bringing everything to the table. Overall it's been really good. Will come again if we are ever back in Zimbabwe!
Julia Saravoyi★★★The Kitchen replaced La Fontaine so there are some big shoes to fill. The decor has taken a more modern style utilizing a lot of natural and artificial light which makes for cozy and lively dining. A lot of space to improve on service , staff is quite lackadaisical and seem generally disorganized . I do expect more from a hotel of this stature. The Thursday Meat Buffet has a variety of fantastic options of red and white meat but noticeable lack of seafood options with only one, hake fillet . Perhaps they are not strictly considering fish as “meat” not sure. The à la cart menu blends some local dishes with interesting delicious twists . A really fun menu 🌸

Legend Nyatondo★★★★Visited the restaurant for an early dinner with my family. We were served by Ratidzo who went above and beyond to accommodate me and my babies which was reassuring and kept me calm as this was my first time taking my twins for dinner. The food was full of flavour .However they do not have baby changing facilities which led me to change my babies in the lobby which in 2026 this is unacceptable as this does not show inclusiveness .I think you should review your diversity and Equality policy or write on your website that you are not baby friendly

Chitawu Chipo★★★★★The entire team was so welcoming and supportive, led by Rodney the Manager and Benedette the Hostess , Shadreck , Trevor , Elton , Tendai Smilie as well as Chef Chiponya on the buffet. We were treated like Queens and Kings with my husband and kids as well as my sisters. We will definitely recommend the kitchen restaurant. Many thanks to Ropafadzo for taking my booking.
Eulitha Chimbetete★★★The mains were excellent. The oxtail and ribs were beautifully cooked, tender, and falling off the bone. Several members of our party ordered the lake bream and thoroughly enjoyed it as well. Compliments to the chef for delivering such delicious meals. Unfortunately, the dessert was disappointing. The chocolate lava cake had no molten centre and was more like a chocolate muffin served with ice cream. We were celebrating our grandmother’s 82nd birthday, making it a very special family occasion. One of her granddaughters kindly asked if she could play the cello to mark the celebration, but the request was declined. We found this particularly disappointing, as it would have made the occasion even more memorable for our grandmother.
