Mutare Nando’s mild flavor is definitely not the same as other Nando’s branches country wide, it tasted too spicy to be mild, couldn’t even enjoy the food because it was just too hot all around….and my entire table agreed…genuinely not the best experience especially since our party was really looking forward to eating after a long drive.

The experience here was top notch from the till to the serving team. I even had the chance to see the supervisor. The supervisor is always hands on and keeping track of events. I really enjoyed the service hope you continue maintaining the standard up it simply perfect. One main thing that I liked is the supervisor seems friendly and he easily gets along with his staff he doesn't wait for a problem instead he counters them he sees where his staff is laging and then encourages them. An order that was meant to take 20 mins to be served only took 10 mins.

Beggars coming to the windows while you eat is not a great atmosphere. The chips were greasy, the garlic roll was not fresh and hard as a rock, the chicken was not fresh either. I have eaten here many times before but the food wasn't this bad. 30/04/2026 could be the last time I eat here. Very disappointed!

My first experience with Nando's. I visited three times in two days during my short stay in Mutare First I had takeaway pita -- and with lemon and herb dressing, it fell apart in my hands and got too sloppy to enjoy. Next I chose the chicken wrap with hot sauce. Better, easier to eat, but still I had to wash my hands after finishing. Still, this has become my go-to place for Mutare.

The location is in the central business district allowing access by various transport methods. It has safe and sufficient parking so one can enjoy their food with a piece of mind. The sitting area is filled with an array of artwork that one can appreciate as they wait for their freshly prepared food. Food portions are reasonably sized, well prepared and are delicious to eat. It is an ideal location for business lunches, family outings, dates or even eating alone. There are also clean facilities to use in regards to bathrooms with sufficient sanitary items. They accept a wide range of payment methods inclusive of cash and mobile money. The staff are adapt in speaking multiple languages.

The staff is so wonderful, the food is great, loved the environment. There is a security guard by the entrance who always watches over patrons. The entrance is a bit dark as there are no street lights and you can feel a bit un easy as there are street kids that are always lingering there in the dark. The security guard always makes it better. The food is amazing, their designer drinks are the best 10/10. The lady who took our orders Dadirayi I think was super nice.
