No exaggeration this is my favorite place in Yerevan. Everything about it is perfect. The space is divided into three areas: a café where you can enjoy high-quality coffee and get some work done, a restaurant with delicious food (my favs are the tropical salad, kataifi shrimp and salmon pizza), and a bar with amazing cocktails. What really makes this place special is the service. The staff are warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming. They always check in without being intrusive, make great recommendations from the menu and ensure everything arrives quickly and just right. This review only concerns sitting at the bar at Collective, and their pizza, specifically Ventricina. So, the bar experience is quite unpleasant, it is small, and the waiters pick up their drinks next to you all the time. Absolutely nothing compensates for the cheap feeling of sitting in the way of the waiters. As for the Ventricina pizza, it feels like a flawed effort meant for no one. To make a pizza spicy by showering it with jalapeno peppers provides spice, but compensates for the lack of more gentle spice from the sausage itself. In a way, The Collective is pretentious. Alas, it doesn't prioritize flavors over dish look and form. Final word of criticism, there were 5 or 6 different menus, of different shapes and sizes. A confusing jumble that signals lack of clear identity.

If I could give Artyom six stars, I would. We came in not knowing what to expect and left genuinely blown away. Our server Artyom was the highlight of the night — confident, knowledgeable, made incredible recommendations, and did it all with a warmth and respect that made the whole evening feel special. That kind of service is rare anywhere in the world. The food matched every bit of it. We started with shrimp, salmon tartare, and beef tartare — all excellent. The truffle pizza was amazing. But the baked fish in foil, opened tableside, was the showstopper of the night. Everything we ordered was delicious, and we had a great bottle of wine to go with it. The views from the restaurant are stunning too — it’s the kind of place that just feels right the moment you walk in. Perfect for family, perfect if you’re visiting Armenia from abroad, and honestly just perfect in general. This is my number one restaurant in Armenia and it’s not close.
