Authentic and delicious dim sum, everything tastes just like what you’d get in Hong Kong! The service is friendly and attentive, and the environment is clean and comfortable. We went to try the Yum Cha @ Ky Chow today. We really enjoyed the dishes we tried. Particularly the taste of the yum cha dishes are quite similar to Hong Kong. They even made the Plain steamed rice rolls with mixed sauce which is very hard to find in Adelaide. We really love the egg tarts as well as the pastry is so flaky just like in HK Yum Cha restaurants. The service was really good as well. It was very busy today but the waiting staff are still very attentive. Before we left, we had a quick chat with the owner and found out he hires 2 Yum Cha Chefs from HK. I needed a quick, tasty lunch and Ky Chow delivered in spades. The hot and sour duck soup was exactly what I needed and the pan fried pork buns, whilst not what I was expecting, were tasty.
