Very disappointing experience at this store. Waited 50 min for a takeaway order - people who ordered after us ate their dine in and left and i was still waiting for my order. The store was serving dine in and Uber eats way too fast yet not delivering orders in line according to the order time. If i was informed there will be an hour wait for an order, i would’ve never ordered. Every-time i asked someone they said extra 5-10 min. Really unexpected and frustrating to deal with this. I also had an online app voucher for medium fries and yet they charged me and didn't use the voucher. Unbelievable

I was disappointed by the professionalism displayed by one of the staff members during my visit today at ** Cranbourne North***.Although the glass window was closed, customers could still see the staff member’s gestures and hear the tone of the conversation with another colleague. The interaction appeared inappropriate and unprofessional in a customer-facing environment. I hope management can address this and ensure staff maintain a respectful and professional demeanor while at work. It was particularly disappointing as Nando’s offers discounts to emergency service workers and promotes support

Absolutely loved my visit to Nando’s Berwick! The food was insanely delicious, everything came out fresh and full of flavour, and the wait time was practically nothing. The service was warm, fast, and genuinely impressive. Such a great experience — can’t wait to come back!

Attended for lunch on a Tuesday, one person. Had half a chicken, bbq sauce, with regular chips. Im not sure if it was the bbq sauce or just the chicken, but it was insanely salty. Staff were very frieand helpful, establishment was clean and tidy. I didn't like l had to go and get my own cutlery, once l was sat at my table and served my meal.
