Visited this outlet for a quick KFC takeaway visit. Large outlet. Zero customer service. Basically, I walked in and ordered via one of their three available touch screens, and when food was ready, I picked up from the counter. Clean and plenty of seats available. Chicken and chips were delicious and well done. Carpark is a bit of an odd one. Have to do a U-turn to get out. In saying that, carpark was very clean with plenty of parking space. All in all, it's not bad for a quick bite.

This KFC is fab! The nuggets are fresh and tender, while the burgers are juicy and full of flavour. The service is excellent, and the restaurant itself is spacious, very clean, and has a modern-ish feel. There are also powerpoints conveniently located next to the tables, so it could be a great spot for studying or getting some work done. Surprisingly, it wasn’t too crowded for a Friday night.

Slowest experience I’ve ever had. One go bucket and 3 boneless pieces waited for 15 minutes. The best part was the car next to us who waited a similar amount of time was missing a whole box. I normally wouldn’t bother with fast food but that was an unacceptable amount of time

I stopped at KFC Berwick, planning to grab snacks for my nieces on the way to pick them up from school, really leaning into my “cool aunty” era. Walked in… instantly greeted by a lovely display of dirty tables and a floor that had clearly seen some things. Thought, “no worries, I’ll just wash my hands before ordering.” Big mistake. Opened the bathroom door (ladies toilet) and BAM, hit with a scene that can only be described as a crime against humanity. I’ve seen cleaner nappies after a six-month-old’s full-blown blowout… and that’s saying something. Safe to say, my stomach packed its bags a
