We visited Malt Dining Restaurant & Bar on a Friday night, and it was surprisingly quiet in the dining area. It may have been due to the long weekend, but it felt like a shame given the quality of the food. The menu is quite deliberate and compact, which works in its favour. The waitress was very attentive and kept mentioning that this was their new tasting menu, which made the whole experience even more exciting. You can really feel how much thought the chef put into designing each course. The dishes may look simple, but you can tell a lot of skill went into every detail. My partner and I really enjoyed our Valentine's dinner date night here at Malt Dining! Overall a very romantic aesthetic with some incredibly tasty food, and I gotta commend the entire staff on this night for making sure we were both well accommodated for during the V-day dinner rush!
