I normally go to gyg alot but tonight Was my breaking point don’t think I’ll be going back! The chicken in my bowl tasted like dishwashing liquid, so strong was not able too eat it! Chips had absolutely no seasoning in photos I added my own. And the store was a pig sty 100% DONT RECCOMEND

We’ve been ordering from gyg for years and slowly seen a decline in quality but tonight hit an all time low. We only order take away through the app and lately we’ve put up with missing add ons, missing elements in meals, completely different orders instead of our own and sauce tubs that are virtually empty. And by the time we get home it’s too late to return it as we order takaway for convenience and often don’t have time. Really happy with my GYG order yesterday! I ordered through the app, and when I arrived there were around 10 people waiting for their orders. The staff let everyone know there was about a 30-minute wait for takeaway orders and were very apologetic throughout. They continued updating both customers ordering at the counter and people walking in, which was really appreciated. When I received my order after the wait, the food was still 10/10 — perfectly cooked and well presented, even during such a busy period. Worst meal I’ve gotten anywhere if you took the cheap rice away all you get is a couple of small pieces of meat two large chunks of fat and a spoonful of guacamole all for $20 straight in bin wouldn’t feed it to my dog
