I loved my matcha latte, and every ingredient on my plate was fresh and prepared with care. The only downside for me was the gluten-free seeded toast—it was very thin and dry, mostly made of almonds, nuts, and seeds, which didn’t pair well with the eggs. It felt more like a nut cracker alongside a poached or scrambled eggs, whereas a soft toast would have been a better base for the eggs especially yolks and other elements on the plate.
