The chicken was very fresh and tasty,decided to eat in and enjoy the early lunch . While we were sitting there noticed how dirty i mean filthy the store was . The floor was so dirty it was like they spilt something a liquid the night / day before and just left it to stain the floor from the front door to the counter. It got the best of me so I walked up at 10.39am and asked to speak with the manager . A young girl appeared and said yes how can I help you . I asked her to follow me back out to the table area and pointed to the floor saying you think that is clean her response ah no She said I g

I bought some hot and spicy chicken and they gave me more wings in my 10 PC order and one of the breast PC was burn.

Not a great experience Chicken zinger was very quick to serve, so how long had it been standing? It was 'just warm enough' but close to being returned. Fries were a very Ungenerous portion Very quiet yet not a clean restaurant. Toilet seat not been well cleaned for a long time I honestly would demand fresh cooked if I ever returned - which is unlikely Burger a bit sloppy with escaping and cascading lettuce Plenty of outside parking and drive through facility Poor restaurant. Bottom 25% of KFC I've been in. And I've been to 92 countries

I ordered 10 pcs. HOT & SPICY, 2 gravy and 2 large chips this afternoon and to my surprise, I only got 5 and half pcs. of chicken. What a joke!!!!! - Poor Service - Unprofessional Staff
