Absolutely disgusting service. I went in a week and a half ago, ordered 2 open clubs (only one with avo as I am allergic to it) and 2 coffees. Drove 20 minutes to get home to find both not only had avo on them, but the avo was absolutely slathered on both to the point that it was like 90% avo, 10% chicken and was extremely soggy and went in the bin. The coffee was burnt, and also not at all what I asked for so that also went in the bin. I emailed the store to let them know, got no response. I followed up a few days later, still no response. I’ve got to say, this is THE worst Zarraffas I’ve been to. Walking in, the shop is FILTHY - very low standards, the service was just as bad. I’m not a local and frequent all the Zarraffas around Australia while working. We waited in the drive through but it was not moving so we got out and ordered in person. FILTH in store - disgusting. Then to wait 10-15 minutes for 2 coffees because they don’t know how to run a Zarraffas is mind boggling. Brisbane is my local and every single shop I purchase, I’m in and out (peak times) in 5 minutes because they are all working in sync TOGETHER. I won’t be b
