the staff were super nice. but the chicken in my burger was either off or cooked/ stored incorrectly as i couldn’t even bite into it without it being slimy and chewy. no matter how much i chewed it, it wouldn’t separate which led to me spitting multiple bites out and throwing out my food. other ingredients in the burger were fresh which it’s lovely to see though.

Been a while, the wrap was ok. Probably a little expensive for them what you get. The wrap price ok, but the sides and that were rubbish, $6 for four chips & two weird nuggets looking things. The lesson is: Just ordered a wrap and down worry about the sides.

Having tried other schnitz franchises, have to say this is probably one the least favorite because the care factor in food prep and presentation is quite low where the schnitzels are often quite dry comparatively, but to their defense, they're one of the busiest franchises too, so they have to be really quick about it. The chips however is usually pretty consistent across the franchises including this one and it's one of the best chips recipes, and I'd honestly queue up just to get some chips here. They have their own dining area behind the counter which many people don't notice as you may ass

Had a beautiful dinner at Schnitz Spencer Outlet, ordered Chicken Caesar Salad and few others items and absolutely deliscious. The price was ok, would be nice to take off whats not ordered for the aa ww have to pay for extra. Order was made fast as we ordered via self service, although it wasnt that busy i still used it and the staff were friendly.. Oh and cant go past those chips, absolutely beautiful.
