Much longer review to follow but this is a hidden gem of a place, and I have told so many locals about it - people who live, work, conduct business within a two minute walk of Pallet Café and a) didn't know it existed, or b) walked past and didn't know that going through the door is something akin to slipping through the cupboard door and out back of the cupboard 🚪 and tumbling into Narnia.
