This place is great, and a refreshing change from the overabundance of burger joints and cafes across Canberra. It's surprisingly good value, and consistently tasty each time I've visited. Staff are really friendly and helpful and it's in a pretty great location. Would recommend wonton chips and a soup/laksa on a cold day.

I’ve been coming to Phat Phanda for eight years now, and the food and service have always been top notch. It’s easily one of my favourite spots for laksa in Canberra. The broth is so good I literally drink it, and Luke is always accommodating with my usual request for less noodle, which I really appreciate. On my most recent visit, I tried the Vietnamese coffee ice cream. It’s made in house and honestly the best coffee ice cream I’ve had in Canberra.
