The Pomegranate Café in the Blue Mountains never fails to impress—this was our second visit and it was just as good as the first. My Wife and I dined at the Pomegranate Cafe in Katoomba NSW two days in a row for breakfast. On both days we were seated immediately, greeted with a friendly welcome and given menus straight away and beverage orders taken so that we had something to drink whilst awaiting our breakfast. Meals only took 12-15 minutes even with a busy cafe and they looked, smelt and tasted amazing. The French Toast with caramelized Pineapple, Pistachios, Berries and Ice Gream were a stand out dish. It is quite pack even at near 3pm. Not sure is it because of the UTMB race but lucky for me I got a table for myself. Order a hawaiian open sandwich and a cup of cappuccino. It took less than 5 minutes to have my drink serve and next 5 minutes with my sandwich served which was pretty fast. Overall nice place for a quick lunch. Food wise is good too.
