Am I XNhi?★★★★★We came here more for the food than the beer. The space feels warm and cozy, with wooden interiors and vintage-style decor. The menu leans heavily Irish, alongside familiar pub dishes like burgers and chicken parma. We were genuinely happy with the food here. Portions were generous, seasoning was balanced, and the meals felt complete with carbs, salad, and vegetables on the side. Trying a different cuisine and still finding it genuinely comforting is always a nice surprise. * Galway Shepherd’s Pie (AUD 27): highly recommend. I get the feeling anything slow-cooked here would be good. The beef
David McDonnell★★★★★This is it, you've found it. If you've looking for a pub with great beer, service and ambience you'll love this place. Emma from Co Limerick greets you with a lovely smile. She is also extremely competent at her job and fills pints of Guinness as good as anywhere including Ireland. Good hearty pub food with large portions. Great atmosphere and very friendly. Note to management, do not lose Emma, if I was still in hospitality I would do everything to poach her. She is extremely capable and also gets on great with her colleagues.
Tali Ane F★★★★Came here for a team lunch and overall had a good experience. The standout for me was definitely the curry and chips — it sounds like an unusual combination, but it worked surprisingly well and was absolutely delicious. Service was decent, though a bit lacking in attentiveness. We had to head up to the bar ourselves to grab cutlery and water etc. That said, the staff at the bar were lovely and friendly — it would just elevate the experience if they were a bit more proactive in checking on tables. Overall, an enjoyable meal with a unique dish that I’d happily order again.
sonofwilfred★★★★We came for a meal. Ordering online after scanning the QR code on the table was easy. Drinks came fast and the food was delivered in a reasonable length of time. There were a couple familiar irish brands used on the menu. The food was ok. I had sausage and gravy and it was pretty good. The place had a steady pace of people entering but they were also leaving just as fast. It was quite noisy at times. The lighting was dim and I suspect it was hiding a lot of cleanliness issues... The stairs up to the second level were very steep and look like a magnet for accidents later in the night. On a plus
