If I could give this place more stars I would. The food is incredibly delicious with so much variety. The current braised beef ramen special is to die for along with the chicken teriyaki gyoza. Absolute chef’s kiss. For a constant menu top pick I go for the Tonkotsu pork ramen 😋 The Sakura cocktail is scrumptious, not too sweet despite the bright pink colour. We took home some apple pie gyoza as we were too full after our meal but it is a show stopping desert choice for sure. The staff are so kind and friendly keeping the atmosphere comfortable to be in. Delicious dinner here following a movie at the Tower. Popular restaurant, thankfully we'd booked. Exciting, vibrant place. Staff were helpful & efficient. Prawn x 3 & teriyaki chicken x 3 gyoza proved a delicate tasty entree; and our vegan shoyu, and pork tonkotsu were excellent. Lovely broth and just the right size. Orion beer on tap ,served chilled, proved a great accompaniment. Suitably impressed.

Love this place! Great hole in the wall, Tokyo style ramen joint. Excellent vegan options throughout the menu, including 2 ramen options, a bunch of starters and big sushi roll! Ichi ban in Newcastle

Noodles were overcooked but somehow clumped together. Broth was tasteless, pork minimal Was edible but only go here if tou dont know what decent ramen is and want to pay big dollars for something similar to $2 noodles. Pork Gyoza taste like vinegar and steamed ones came out cold. If the staff ( majority ) aussie and Indian had personalities and asked how the meal was i would have happily give some feedback.
