Stopped into Grill’d Townsville and overall it was a really solid feed. The burger was fresh, juicy and packed with flavour, and you can tell the ingredients are good quality. Everything tasted well put together and didn’t feel sloppy or rushed. Service was great too, friendly staff, quick turnaround and no issues with the order. Only downside was the air conditioner didn’t seem very cold. It was starting to get pretty warm inside and I was slowly sweating while eating, which took away from the experience a bit. Ordered a simply grill'd with chesse and regular size of chips on the side. Food was the standard Grill'd experience, not too bad, chips were fine as well. Disappointed how long it took for someone to serve me at the counter with people walking around the restaurant either not noticing me or simply not wanting to serve me and take my order which was disappointing. If it wasn't for me being a tourist and not knowing what else was there, would have gone somewhere else.
