We went to Shaw & Co for a celebratory lunch and honestly couldn’t fault a thing. The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful, with such a lovely atmosphere even during a quiet midweek lunch service. The staff were warm, attentive, and took amazing care of us from start to finish. We had the Signature Feast and every single dish was incredible - beautifully presented, full of flavour, and absolutely worth every cent. You can really tell a lot of care goes into both the food and the overall experience. Can’t wait to come back!

Had a fantastic dinner at Shaw & Co. I ordered the 300g Scotch Fillet (cooked perfectly medium-rare) with Steak Diane sauce and mash. The steak was incredibly tender and seasoned beautifully. The service was seamless—staff checked in on the meal and cleared the plates at exactly the right time. The decor really suits the Townsville vibe. Total spend was around $70, which felt like great value for the quality. Very happy and will be back!

The full course was very filling, from small starter plates to the desert everything was beautiful. The steak was a bit disappointing as we thought it was their specialty, the meat had nice flavor but we thought how it was cooked could have been better, as the red jus was coming out. maybe wasnt sit long enough or was cooked when the meat was still too cold. Amazing service. I am happy to give all 5 stars as we had lunch at 3pm on a weekday, gussing it wasn't the main chef. we were not expecting to have a decent lunch at 3pm but found out the kitchen was open here, so glad we could have a nice

Was looking for a spot for a little cheeky girl dinner and decided to try Shaw&Co. The oysters were amazing but the chips could use some seasoning, lovely wine selection (the glasses could use an upgrade though, aesthetically speaking). The servers really knock it out of the park and made my night so much better, amazing costumer service. Shout out to Kayleigh and Lila for their outstanding warmth and hospitality.
