$11 Crispy pork Banh mi. Good but not amazing. Roast pork is a little dry, definitely not pork belly, crackling is ok but you can tell it like was cooked separately. Good balance of meat and vegies. Not drenched in sauce. Good amount of chilli. Service and staff are attentive and polite.

This it THE only tofu vegan bánh mì I need! - the tofu is juicy, succulent and so full of flavour. You know its authentic because they don’t drench it in sticky sauces. - the portion is very hearty, excellent value. - the staff are the absolute best, I’ve only been 3 times and they remembered my order. How nice is that?! I used to live in Footscray so I’ve had my fair share of delicious tofu bahn mi. I can say with great confidence: the tofu bahn mi at Bakery 127 is, without a doubt, THE BEST in Victoria. I will gladly drive across town just to get my hands on it.
