I am sorry, food wise this is perhaps the worst I have experienced in Perth. We ordered a string bean dish, a honey pepper ribs dish and a tung po pork belly. Pretty standard fare. Yet they could not even do it well. Both the beans and Tung Po pork dishes were so salty we got sick eating them. Literally, nkt a figure of speech at all. Whereas the honey pepper ribs came with this dark sauce that did not taste honey nor peppery and it definitely did not look anything like the dish we are so used to in other places. I first ate at Billy Lee's about 30 years ago, and it’s great to see that the food quality has remained consistently good after all these years. While prices have gone up (as expected), the taste and speed of service are still reliable — even during busy times, the food comes out fairly quickly. One area that could really use improvement is the toilet. It wasn’t very clean and didn’t feel welcoming. Even though Billy Lee's isn’t a fine dining restaurant, I believe customers still deserve a decent, clean restroom. In terms of value, it would be great if the portion sizes were a bit more gener
