Pizza as it should be! I should know, I lived in Milan and ate pizza at least once a week! Hadn't been for a few years, but the quality and taste hasn't changed. Bravo ragazzi! Particular stand outs the proscuitto pizza, with generous San Daniele, raw buffalo mozzarella and rucola (rocket) and the pork sausage with smears of truffle paste, yes, not drizzled in fake truffle oil! The toppings were generous. Average prices for pizza across Melbourne. Crust was perfect, thin and raised at the edges with a semolina dusting.
