There's always someone either trying to steal from the charity box, waiting for a coffee to be put in the counter so they can steal it, being visibly obviously drunk or the manager loudly talk trash about the employees out the front. Always good fun... but how do you even manage to put the cheese UNDERNEATH the burger? 5 Stars highlight of my life.

Absolutely disgusted with my experience at McDonald’s today. The entire store, including the toilets, was filthy and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. It felt incredibly unhygienic and not somewhere you’d feel comfortable eating. On top of that, the service was just as concerning. Staff struggled to understand basic orders and couldn’t correctly calculate or confirm pricing, which made the whole process frustrating and drawn out. To make matters worse, the order still wasn’t right. Cleanliness and basic customer service should be a given, not a bonus. Really disappointing experience.

Food is generally good. Coffee is made better in the morning. Barista 9 out of 10 times it isn't burnt. Marina who is at the cash window is always polite, consistent and is the person who delivers customer service that I believe is missing in a lot of businesses. I know her name because I asked so I can give a review she deserves. Food is generally good and most of the time is fresh and delivered in a timely manner. There has been times the service or food delivery isn't the best, but overall better than other Macdonalds I have been too.
