Ok so the food is peak, but so are the prices. We spent around 260 dollars for five dishes which sounds crazy in hindsight but two were main meat dishes - ocean trout at market price around 70-80(?) and the steak. All absolutely delicious though - the steak was perfectly cooked, not tough at all, loved the butter. Trout skin was CRISPY, with a lovely more raw interior. Pasta was full of prawn flavour and very al dente. Beetroot was alright, and burrata was pretty good.

Wow! This one is in my top 3 of restaurants in the last 5 years. Service was that perfect mix of familiarity and deference. I loved the decor. Old fashioned chic. The food, that's where the wow comes from. It was a entre and cocktail day for us and this was the perfect choice. From the zucchini flowers to the Wagu steak, everything was cooked to perfection.
