Wanted to order the ordinary crispy burger combo (23) with upgrade of fries and drinks to large (+2). As I wanted to reduce my sweet drink intake, I requested for my drink to be the regular size instead of the upgraded large size. In the end, I realised I was charged ala Carte prices and I paid more (1 Aussie Dollar) for less (in hope of less food wastage). Just check your receipt if you customize your meal. The fries was not as nice as I thought. Abit too salty and I tasted MSG equivalent. The burger was good with fresh tomatoes. Can try if you have not tried before.

Partner and I craved fries, and decided to head up the Westfield food court to see what options there are - haven’t tried Slim’s before but very glad we did! Apparently they had a new menu, but regardless, we had the original burger, tenders, and fries. The burger feels quite light (as in healthy), but the flavour is balanced with the Slim sauce, and the patty is not overly seasoned like a lot of places may do; Loved the tenders, crunchy breading but not thick, the meat was still juicy as far as tenders go; Fries were very good to me, again flavoured well but not overly so - you won’t be thir

They got our order completely wrong and charged us abit extra(of which wasn't offered to be corrected). Over heard another customer complain that their "loaded fries" was served without the bacon pieces. Then when our food finally came out the chips were cold and had a weird chewy consistency. The burgers taste almost the same as anywhere else, was expecting alot more as per the price tag. DO NOT recommend this place as there are other businesses that bother to train their stuff and hold higher standards. Good riddance 👏

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Luca L U C A delivered extraordinary service today. I tried ordering from the Slim Savers menu and he had no idea what I meant because internally it is called the kids menu. The confusion turned into a shared in joke moment and he handled it with total professionalism. Calm composed respectful and good humoured throughout. That kind of emotional intelligence cannot be trained. It is character. Whatever he is being paid he deserves more. He is leadership material and I would back him to run the ship one day.
