Food was very tasty and very well priced. Service was very friendly and helpful. Ordered a half / half pulled pork and brisket loaded fries, Pit Masters Plate and some Mac n Cheese bites. The Pit Masters plate was a taste of the greats. The jalapeño sausage was top tier delicious, brisket, pulled pork, pork rib and chicken wing was all very tender and tasty. It was all served with lashings of Tex-Oz barbecue sauce, pickles and a slice of Texas mop! (White bread for mopping up all that deliciousness!) Very tasty food! Well done! Did you know that this place has been operating for 10yrs? Well I didn't haha 😮. I've been yearning to try some authentic American barbecue style brisket meats etc and there was one right under my nose in Werribee. I tried their brisket snack pack which is brisket meat mixed with chips and their own specially made American sauce. And it did not disappoint, in both taste and cost.
