Portions are much smaller if you take food away. 3 croquettes are pretty ridiculious already. Last time I got one Schnitzel, while others there were enjoying two or even three. In the restaurant, there is often a draft or unpleasant smell. Plenty of things to improve.

Great way to get a cheap meal, be sure to get your food and drinks before or after rush hours, otherwise you will be waiting a lot longer in line.^^ 😁

I am very disappointed with my visit. The staff at the checkout were extremely unfriendly and seemed annoyed, even though it was hardly busy. Instead of a polite and courteous manner, I was treated rudely and disrespectfully. The staff as a whole also made a very unpleasant impression and seemed to have absolutely no interest in providing customers with a pleasant experience. Such behavior is completely unacceptable. Customer service should be a given – unfortunately, there was no sign of it here. I will definitely not be returning and cannot recommend this place.
