The place is bustling. Everyone is busy and yet we were served quickly and efficiently. Would recommend! The food is amazing! 😍 I had the grilled meat platter. (Pictured) Everything was so tasty. The paprika dip is the quiet sidekick that brought everything to their best. My dining partner had their beef goulash. It is so nicely done it tears apart so gently yet keeps the meaty bite to it. Their house beer is light and strong both at the same time. Must try both items if you come!

Not great, but not bad either. Ordered a larger which came out slightly warm. Waiter explained that it was poured from a wooden barrel which makes sense. However my biggest let down was that my entire meal consisting of main, side and a salad all arrived after tens minutes of me ordering it which makes me think they pre preparesome of their popular food items

Glöckl Bräu is a wonderful traditional restaurant located right in the city center. They brew their own beer, and it is absolutely divine—a must-try! The food was incredibly delicious as well. We loved that the menu features a perfect mix of classic Austrian dishes and clever modern variations, and everything we ordered was flawless. On top of that, the service was super friendly and attentive. We actually loved it so much that we dined here both nights of our trip—after the first evening, there was no question that we had to come back. Highly recommended!

After finding this place on Google with some many great reviews I had to try! I almost missed as there is a Xmas market in front of it. But it was excellent experience. I didn’t have a reservation and got in no problem (4pm Tuesday)! The food was fast delicious and the portion very large! They also have a variety of beers which was good too! Service was efficient and very professional! I definitely agree with all the reviews after trying so many schnitzel this one was above board for quantity and quality! Highly recommended!
