Our experience hadn't even started, my mother and I arrived an hour and a half before closing time and politely greeted the waiter and asked if we could just have a glass of wine together, that we wouldn't want to eat, I'm going abroad for a year and we wanted to have a nice evening together and there is very little place to sit down in Hernals, except for the pub, the waiter very arrogantly looked at his watch, at the kitchen, where did he come from some lady shouted no and said let's go straight to the pub. We just had our first dining experience at this restaurant, and *everything* was absolutely delicious! Highly recommended for fresh fish cooked to perfection, plus I recommend trying their fish soup, the grilled octopus starter, and the baklava for dessert (though I'm certain that everything offered is equally delectable). We also loved the bottle of wine we chose for the evening, which was from the Croatian part of the Istrian peninsula. Our dessert wine came from the same winery, and it was equally impressive. Wonderful Fishrestaurant, their grilled octopus and calamari is outstanding, as well as their risottos and oysters. For the main dish, ask them for their wild catch. Their seabass in salty crust is fantastic. Very nice & friendly service and excellent selection of Croatian wines. HVALA!
