Stopped by here for lunch. Store is very big with lot of sitting capacity. Located within gasometer building next to metro station. Tried mac veg plant - vegan option along with sprite zero and french price. Food was good.

Absolute HORRENDOUS service. After 20 min of waiting our one miserable happy meal still wasn't ready and three other families with us did receive their order. The manager should be made aware that his employees told me they didn't care at all. They basically never even started preparing our order, it was surely forgotten and they just didn't care. We left without our food because after 20 min of waiting standing up in front of the screen and zero move from the employees my child was crying hysterically because she was so thirsty. I begged the employee to just give us at least our water bottle

Ordered my breakfast sandwich and a coffee, 2 creams + 2 sugars which I need to mix it well myself. No problem at all. Cost is €4.5, paid by credit card. Got free wifi but lack of charging plugs. 6 touch screens to order but the screen wasn't very sensitive to my touch, perhaps still early in the morning? The screen offers German and English option. If you are a regular customer, don't speak either language, I bet that will not be problem.
