The schnitzel was perfectly crispy, light, and not greasy at all. The rostbraten was tender with a deep, rich sauce that was full of flavor. We came back the next day and tried the Gulasch and schnitzel again, this time with a fresh salad. The gulasch was incredible—slow-cooked, flavorful, and comforting without being too heavy.
