Lo que dice la gente

Maybe it’s famous only because it’s an old restaurant. I didn’t find the food very tasty, and the restaurant’s atmosphere isn’t good.
The best Singara in North Bengal... Tasty, not heavy, they are small like quick bite snacks.. it’s part of our tradition.. The sauce complements totally the singara. Not spicy..they are different and some kind of different in taste.. Must try if you ever come to Rangpur.
The most hyped Singara house of Rangpur. The size of the Singara is small but fresh. They fry them instantly and serve with a special sauce. Price: 3 Singara and Sauce package 20 taka. They sell different types of sweets too. Sitting: very few but not too comfortable.

Abdullah Al Wasib★★★★

The iconic Singara House has been serving its famous crispy singara since around 1960, making it a true heritage food spot in Rangpur. With over 65 years of history, their singara stands out for its unique spices and special sauce. I tried both the singara and rosmalai and both were absolutely delicious and perfectly made. The constant crowd here clearly shows how popular and loved this place still is. It’s a must-visit spot for anyone who enjoys authentic street food.

I had a very bad experience at Singara House recently. The singaras were soggy, cold, and had an overpowering stale, overused oil flavour. Almost all of the stuffing was mashed potatoes, with very few veggies. In addition to the subpar cuisine, the entire hygiene of the tables and serving area was horrible, and even though the restaurant wasn't busy, the service was extremely slow. Look elsewhere in Rangpur for better street food or snack options to save money.

A very old shop which is popular for selling singara (fried pastry with a savoury filling, including ingredients such as spiced potatoes, onions and spices). Their singaras are used to be very tasty according to my mother who went there 35 years ago. Well I find it average and the sauce they provide is kinda sweet. They also sell different kind of sweets which taste good. They have lassi too. You can try them and tell how you feel.

A very old and famous little place infamous for it's singara. The singara is actually really good we absolutely loved the taste along with the sauce it comes with. However, the place is not very hygenic espcially where they make the singara. If your stomach can take that (and we had no food poisoning issue after consuming the singara), then definitely check this place out! In my opinion, the singara taste makes up for the lack of environment.

Surya Sharmin★★★★

Had a great experience eating shingara. The combination of shingara with their signature sauce was totally awesome. We had tried almost all type of Misty that's also tested great.
