What a shame! I visited this place with some friends, and one of us ordered a non-alcoholic cocktail. Unfortunately, the waitress gave it to the wrong person by mistake. We ended up with the wrong order, and when we mentioned it, the owner was extremely rude. He said it was our fault for not tasting the cocktail properly. He refused to make a new one and even said he didn’t care about losing customers. Such an aggressive and bitter attitude! If you’re having a bad day, maybe customer service isn’t for you.

Wrong order, we kindly ask the correct one. He (owner) gets mad and makes the mistake of his waitress our problem. His arguments: “it’s a cheap place, what do you expect?” “My personel is not my responsibity” “Your friend is stupid for not tasting the drink has no alcohol, it’s his mistake” “We don’t serve drinks at the tables” So why is there a waitress greeting us with menu’s and taking our order? Also, a huge mold spot on the ceiling, clients breathing this. Should not be allowed. Rude owner. Terrible atmosphere.
