Just had an amazing dinner here with my wife. The steak filet I had was so delicious and my wife had the fish filet…. Everything was unbelievably delicious…. The service was 5 star as it was the famous chef and his lovely wife running the service area for customers…. When staying in Bruges you must go to this local restaurant….. highly recommended by Alma and John from Colorado… thanks so much!!!! Lovely couple….

The best meal we had in Belgium. A cozy atmosphere, perfect service (the owner serves you while her husband cooks) and incredible food. I had the sole and my husband had the chefs cut of meat. Everything was so well prepared while also being creative. An especially delicious mocktail was a welcome treat!

We had dinner at De Stove and really enjoyed the cozy, peaceful atmosphere — a perfect spot for a relaxed evening in Bruges. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted and our coats were taken, which felt very welcoming. The restaurant has a charming, intimate feel that makes it a lovely place to unwind. We ordered mostly seafood, as we’d heard great things about it, plus a carpaccio to start. The shrimp croquette was definitely the highlight — crisp, flavorful, and delicious. The sole was beautifully cooked, and the butter sauce was a real indulgence. The sea bass was prepared nicely as well,
