Nice little tavern tucked away near the place of martyrs … we sat outside since the weather was beautiful and the vibes were so relaxed and layer back … we went for authentic Belgian plates such as vol au vent and mussels and we were not disappointed… the food was delicious … a taste that matched the location… highly recommended

Had the Flemish Beef Stew and a couple of beers (Tongerlo Blond & Ommegang) and — all were absolutely fantastic, to include the outdoor seating and the service. Great location, great food, and overall a great moment for my first time in the area. Few days removed traveling in different countries and we’re still talking about this visit!

WARNING. Do not eat here if you want to be sure of staying healthy. The food is dangerously inedible filth. We ordered: a Caesar salad which consisted of mixed canned veg with a liberal coating of hot paprika! I kid you not. Then the vomit smelling mussels in garlic cream. In fact in curdled uht cream and celery! Then spag bol, hard to make so foul that it was inedible. But they did. The spaghetti was so overcooked it was either tinned or might as well have been. The sauce was made of vinegar and some kind of droppings. I wretch as I write. Finally the medium burger. Raw in the middle and the
