Well, I barely write reviews but this experience needs one as future visitors need to be warned about a place with lots of superficial marketing and displayed cosiness to the outside world yet with super unprofessional and rude staff : entitled , slow to take orders, wrongfully accusing us for not spending enough money ( our bill was 220 Euro ), therefore kicking us out in the rain and overall giving us the feeling we should be very grateful we can spend our money there … . Horrible experience. We ordered three cakes, which were actually good, but we finished eating them completely before our drinks even arrived. We ordered two “homemade iced teas,” but what we got were glasses filled with sparkling water, ice, and a bit of syrup at the bottom. It tasted nothing like homemade iced tea. We barely touched them. When we complained, the staff were quite arrogant and simply said that’s how they prepare it. In the end, we still had to pay for two drinks we didn’t drink. Very disappointing service.
