Greg V★We went there for dinner, ordered a bottle of wine. After 50 minutes, no food (not even cold mezze). The waiter : “ok, we forgot your order”. No “sorry”, no “coffee or a drink on us” : nothing. Simply nothing. No shame. By comparison, two days later in Paris, upscale place, party of 5, absolutely shambolic service (super late, mixing orders etc.) : at the end the manager shows up “we are really sorry, dinner is on us”. In Paris ! I guess it’s just about understanding customer service, that people review, post etc.
