Scandalous Experience – Quick Toison d’Or, Brussels This was one of the most shocking and disgraceful experiences I have ever had in a so-called “international fast food brand.” At Quick Toison d’Or, the toilets are literally not under Quick’s control. They are outsourced to a random woman at the door who does not speak French, Dutch, or English, and who cannot even be understood by Quick’s own staff. I've had a nasty experience here which is already reported here before many times and months ago. Quick hasn't done anything about this issue! I was also confronted with a very unfriendly lady at the toilet that seems to live there. I had no cash and i showed my ticket that i was eating there. She mumbled some stuff in an unknown language and got pissed off because i just went on to the toilet. It's against the law to let customers pay! As a regular customer i emailed Quick now about 9 days ago but they do not seem to find it necessary to reply or to find a solution.

Burger burned dried out and brown lettuce. Nuggets were stale and super dry. Had to throw away all the food. I dont understand how its possible that you guys are still open! And next to the worst food the people are extremely rude and more focused on themselfs. I want my money back. This is not okay! And dont be suprised if food inspections comes by because i will be sending them a message
