This was the worst Japanese food I have ever eaten. It was not authentic, with weird vegetables like corn and raw red cabbage. If it just tasted good, it would be fine, but the donburi was simply terrible. The tempura was super hard, sauce only stuck to the tempura instead of mixing with the rice, the ingredients just didn't go together. It tasted bland, but the little flavor that was there was not good either. The kimchi was okay but like... you can get much better by just buying canned kimchi from a Korean/Asian grocery store. It also had weird nontraditional ingredients. The still water

Like the mayu tonkotsu pork ramen. Broth is very tasty, black garlic has a pretty strong flavour yet making it more delicious. Hakata (small/thin) noodles has a nice texture, meat is also tender and flavorful. My partner ordered chicken miso ramen. Not our favorite. Broth is not as tasty as the tonkotsu one. Texture of the chicken is a bit funny like it’s overcooked. It tasted a bit weird. For starters: Gyoza is standard nice, tasted good but nothing special. Chicken karaage is a bit too salty for my taste.
